حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
قَضَى عَلِيٌّ فِي رَجُلَيْنِ وَطِئَا امْرَأَةً فِي طُهْرٍ وَاحِدٍ، فَوَلَدَتْ، فَقَضَى أَنْ جَعَلَهُ بَيْنَهُمَا، يَرِثُهُمَا وَيَرِثَانِهِ، وَهُوَ لِأَطْوَلِهِمَا حَيَاةً
