✧ The two men who have intercourse with a woman in one purity period and both claim a child: who inherits from him

حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ حَنَشٍ قَالَ:
وَقَعَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى وَلِيدَةٍ، ثُمَّ بَاعَهَا مِنْ آخَرَ، فَوَقَعَا عَلَيْهَا فَاجْتَمَعَا عَلَيْهَا فِي طُهْرٍ وَاحِدٍ، فَوَلَدَتْ غُلَامًا، فَأَتَوْا عَلِيًّا، فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ: يَرِثُكُمَا وَلَيْسَ لِأُمِّهِ، وَهُوَ لِلْبَاقِي مِنْكُمَا بِمَنْزِلَةِ أُمِّهِ
