حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا مَاتَ الصَّبِيُّ وَأَحَدُ أَبَوَيْهِ مُسْلِمٌ قَالَ: يَرِثُهُ الْمُسْلِمُ مِنْهُمَا دُونَ الْكَافِرِ مِنْهُمَا
