حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي حَكِيمٍ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ أَعْتَقَ عَبْدًا لَهُ نَصْرَانِيًّا فَمَاتَ فَجَعَلَ مِيرَاثَهُ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ
