حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ قَالَ:
ذُكِرَ لِمُحَمَّدٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ كَتَبَ فِي الْحُمَلَاءِ: لَا يُوَرَّثُونَ إِلَّا بِشَهَادَةِ الشُّهُودِ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ: قَدْ تَوَارَثَ الْمُهَاجِرُونَ وَالْأَنْصَارُ بِنَسَبِهِمُ الَّذِي كَانَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، فَأَنَا أُنْكِرُ أَنْ يَكُونَ عُمَرُ كَتَبَ بِهَذَا
