حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُجَالِدٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ:
كَتَبَ [عُمَرُ ] [١]إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ أَنْ لَا يُوَرَّثَ حَمِيلٌ إِلَّا بِبَيِّنَةٍ
