حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَادِقٍ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ عَلِيًّا عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ [١]أُخْتُهَا وَأُمُّهَا مَمْلُوكَةٌ ؟ فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ: هَلْ يُحِيطُ السُّدُسُ بِرَقَبَتِهَا ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا، فَقَالَ: دَعْنَا مِنْهَا سَائِرَ الْيَوْمِ
