حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ:
أَنَّهُ أَعْطَى مِيرَاثَ رَجُلٍ - أَخُوهُ مَمْلُوكٌ - بَنِي أَخِيهِ الْأَحْرَارَ
