✧ A man bequeathed a horse to a man and bequeathed a third of his wealth to another, and the horse was a third of his wealth

حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى لِرَجُلٍ بِفَرَسٍ وَسَمَّاهُ، وَقَالَ: ثُلُثُ مَالِي لِفُلَانٍ وَفُلَانٍ، وَكَانَ الْفَرَسُ كَفَافَ ثُلُثِ مَالِهِ، قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: نَرَى أَنْ يُقَسَّمَ ثُلُثُ مَالِهِ عَلَى حِصَصِهِمْ
