حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَطَاوُسٍ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ حَجَّةُ الْإِسْلَامِ، وَتَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ الزَّكَاةُ فِي مَالِهِ ؟ قَالَا: [يَكُونُ هَذَانِ] [١]بِمَنْزِلَةِ الدَّيْنِ
