حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَمُوتُ وَيُوصِي أَنْ يُحَجَّ عَنْهُ أَوْ يُتَصَدَّقَ عَنْهُ كَفَّارَةُ رَمَضَانَ أَوْ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ ؟ قَالَ: مِنَ الثُّلُثِ
