حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى بِجَارِيَتِهِ لِابْنِ أَخِيهِ ثُمَّ وَطِئَهَا ؟ قَالَ: أَفْسَدَ وَصِيَّتَهُ
