حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ [١]يُوصِي لِلْأَبَاعِدِ وَيَتْرُكُ الْأَقَارِبَ، قَالَ: تُجْعَلُ وَصِيَّتُهُ ثَلَاثَةَ أَثْلَاثٍ: لِلْأَقَارِبِ ثُلُثَانِ، وَلِلْأَبَاعِدِ ثُلُثٌ
