حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:
فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى قَالَ: ثُلُثِي لِفُلَانٍ، فَإِنْ مَاتَ فَهُوَ لِفُلَانٍ، قَالَ: هُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ
