حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ: ثُلُثَيْ ثَلَاثِ مِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ: مِائَةٌ لِفُلَانٍ، وَمِائَةٌ لِفُلَانٍ، وَمَا بَقِيَ مِنْ ثُلُثِي فَهُوَ لِفُلَانٍ ؟ قَالَ: فَلِفُلَانٍ مِائَةٌ، [وَلِفُلَانٍ مِائَةٌ ] [١]وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِفُلَانٍ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَبْقَ شَيْءٌ، فَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ
