حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
ضَرَبَتِ امْرَأَةٌ امْرَأَةً فَقَتَلَتْهَا وَأَلْقَتْ جَنِينًا مَيِّتًا، قَالَ: فَقَضَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِالدِّيَةِ عَلَى عَاقِلَةِ الْقَاتِلَةِ، وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ عَلَى وَلَدِهَا وَلَا عَلَى زَوْجِهَا شَيْئًا، وَقَضَى بِالدِّيَةِ لِزَوْجِ الْمَقْتُولَةِ وَوَلَدِهَا، وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِعَصَبَتِهَا مِنْهَا شَيْئًا
