✧ Regarding the man who says to a man: You committed adultery while you were a polytheist

حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي الْكَافِرِ يَزْنِي فَيُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ، ثُمَّ يُسْلِمُ، فَيَقْذِفُهُ رَجُلٌ وَيَقُولُ: إِنَّمَا عَنَيْتُ زِنَاهُ الَّذِي كَانَ فِي كُفْرِهِ، قَالَ: يُقَامُ عَلَى قَاذِفِهِ الْحَدُّ
