حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَقْتُلُ ثُمَّ يَدْخُلُ الْحَرَمَ ؟ قَالَ حَمَّادٌ: يُخْرَجُ فَيُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ، وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ: لَا يُبَايَعُ وَلَا يُؤَاكَلُ
