حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَعَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْتُلُ ثُمَّ يَدْخُلُ الْحَرَمَ، قَالَ: لَا يُبَايِعُهُ [١]أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ وَلَا يَشْتَرُونَ مِنْهُ، وَلَا يَسْقُونَهُ، وَلَا يُطْعِمُونَهُ، وَلَا يُؤْوُنَهُ، وَلَا يُنْكِحُونَهُ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ فَيُؤْخَذَ بِهِ
