حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَصَابَ الرَّجُلُ الْحَدَّ فِي غَيْرِ الْحَرَمِ ثُمَّ أَتَى الْحَرَمَ، أُخْرِجَ مِنَ الْحَرَمِ، وَأُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ، وَإِذَا أَصَابَهُ فِي الْحَرَمِ أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْحَرَمِ
