حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَعْتَقَ أَوْ طَلَّقَ السَّكْرَانُ جَازَ طَلَاقُهُ، وَأُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ
