حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ قَالَ:
طَلَّقَ جَارٌ لِي سَكْرَانُ، فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَسْأَلَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ: إِنْ أُصِيبَ فِيهِ الْحَقُّ جُلِدَ ثَمَانِينَ، وَفُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أَهْلِهِ
