حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ رُزَيْقٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبْتُ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فِي رَجُلٍ قَذَفَ ابْنَهُ، فَقَالَ ابْنُهُ: إِنْ جُلِدَ أَبِي اعْتَرَفْتُ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ [١]عُمَرُ [أَنِ] [٢]اجْلِدْهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَعْفُوَ عَنْهُ
