حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ انْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهِ وَهُوَ لَا يَمْلِكُ الرَّجْعَةَ جُلِدَ وَأُلْزِقَ بِهِ الْوَلَدُ، وَإِذَا انْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهِ وَهُوَ يَمْلِكُ الرَّجْعَةَ لَاعَنَ وَنُفِيَ عَنْهُ الْوَلَدُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ لَمْ يُقِرَّ بِهِ قَطُّ
