حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ قَذَفَهَا، قَالَ: يُجْلَدُ الْحَدَّ إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ حَامِلًا، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ حَامِلًا لَاعَنَهَا
