حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُبَارَكٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْأَمَةَ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ تَزَوَّجَ حُرَّةً قَبْلَهَا، ثُمَّ يَفْجُرُ، قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ: يُرْجَمُ، وَقَالَ عِكْرِمَةُ: يُجْلَدُ
