حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ وَوَكِيعٌ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ امْرَأَةٍ فِي حَدٍّ، وَلَا شَهَادَةُ عَبْدٍ
