حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِحْصَانُ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ فِي شِرْكِهِمَا إِحْصَانٌ، وَلَيْسَ الْمَجُوسِيُّ بِإِحْصَانٍ
