حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنْ مَمْلُوكٍ افْتَرَعَ جَارِيَةً ؟ فَقَالَا: عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ الصَّدَاقُ.
