حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
اسْتَكْرَهَ عَبْدٌ امْرَأَةً فَوَطِئَهَا، فَاخْتَصَمَا إِلَى الْحَسَنِ وَهُوَ قَاضٍ يَوْمَئِذٍ، فَضَرَبَهُ الْحَدَّ وَقَضَى بِالْعَبْدِ لِلْمَرْأَةِ
