حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ قَالَ:
أُتِيَ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بِرَجُلٍ قَدْ زَنَى فَقَالَ: إِنَّ هَذَا الْجَسَدَ الْمُذْنِبَ لَأَهْلٌ أَنْ يُضْرَبَ، قَالَ: فَنَزَعَ عَنْهُ قَبَاءَهُ، فَأَبَى أَنْ يَضْرِبَهُ [٢]وَرَدَّ عَلَيْهِ قَبَاءَهُ
