حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ:
أَمَّا الزَّانِي فَيُخْلَعُ [١]عَنْهُ ثِيَابُهُ وَتَلَا: ﴿وَلا تَأْخُذْكُمْ بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللهِ ﴾قُلْتُ: هَذَا فِي الْحُكْمِ. قَالَ: هَذَا فِي الْحُكْمِ وَالْجَلْدِ
