حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَذَفَ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ وَلَهُ أُمٌّ يَهُودِيَّةٌ أَوْ نَصْرَانِيَّةٌ فَلَا حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ
