حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا سَرَقَ مِرَارًا فَإِنَّمَا تُقْطَعُ يَدٌ وَاحِدَةٌ، وَإِذَا شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ مِرَارًا وَإِذَا قَذَفَ مِرَارًا فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ وَاحِدٌ
