حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُؤْخَذُ وَقَدْ زَنَى غَيْرَ مَرَّةٍ بِامْرَأَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ، أَوْ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ ؟ قَالَ: حَدٌّ وَاحِدٌ، وَالسَّارِقُ يُؤْخَذُ وَقَدْ سَرَقَ مِرَارًا: مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ
