حَدَّثَنَا الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ حَبِيبٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ حَجَّ، فَلَمَّا رَجَعَ صَادِرًا لَقِيَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَقَتَلَهُ، فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يُؤَدِّيَ دِيَتَهُ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ
