حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي الَّذِي يُقْتَصُّ مِنْهُ فَيَمُوتُ: يُرْفَعُ عَنِ الَّذِي اقْتَصَّ مِنْهُ دِيَةُ جِرَاحَتِهِ، وَعَلَيْهِ دِيَتُهُ عَلَى عَاقِلَتِهِ
