حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شَيْخٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُفْضِي [١]الْمَرْأَةَ قَالَ: إِذَا أَمْسَكَ أَحَدُهُمَا عَنِ الْآخَرِ فَالثُّلُثُ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يُمْسِكْ فَالدِّيَةُ
