حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا قُتِلَ فِي الطَّوَافِ، فَاسْتَشَارَ عُمَرُ النَّاسَ فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ: دِيَتُهُ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ، أَوْ: فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ
