حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا اجْتَمَعَ رَجُلٌ وَغُلَامٌ عَلَى قَتْلِ رَجُلٍ، قُتِلَ الرَّجُلُ، وَعَلَى عَاقِلَةِ الْغُلَامِ الدِّيَةُ كَامِلَةً
