حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَ الْكَلْبُ فِي الدَّارِ فَأَذِنَ أَهْلُ الدَّارِ لِلرَّجُلِ، فَدَخَلَ فَعَقَرَهُ، ضَمِنُوا، وَإِنْ [١]دَخَلَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ فَعَقَرَهُ؛ لَمْ يَضْمَنُوا
