حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
خَرَجَ قَوْمٌ مِنْ زُرَارَةَ فَاقْتَتَلُوا، فَقَتَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا، فَضَمَّنَ عَلِيٌّ دِيَةَ الْمَقْتُولِينَ [١]، وَرَفَعَ عَنِ الْمَجْرُوحِينَ بِقَدْرِ جِرَاحَتِهِمْ
