حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ أَنَّ [عَلِيًّا وَعُمَرَ] قَالَا:
مَنْ قَتَلَهُ قِصَاصٌ فَلَا دِيَةَ لَهُ
