حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادٌ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ:
إِذَا أُقِيمَ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ الْحَدُّ فِي الزِّنَى [١]أَوْ سَرِقَةٍ أَوْ قَذْفٍ فَمَاتَ فَلَا دِيَةَ لَهُ
