حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا مَاتَ الَّذِي يُقْتَصُّ مِنْهُ فَالْمُقْتَصُّ ضَامِنٌ لِلدِّيَةِ
