✧ The man who wounds the man on the head, retaliation is exacted for it, and he dies

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:
يُرْفَعُ عَنْهُ بِقَدْرِ الْجِرَاحَةِ، وَيَكُونُ ضَامِنًا لِبَقِيَّةِ الدِّيَةِ
