حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ زَمْعَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
إِذَا عَفَا بَعْضُ أَوْلِيَاءِ الدَّمِ فَهِيَ الدِّيَةُ
