حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الْعَقْلُ كَهَيْئَةِ الْمِيرَاثِ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قُلْتُ: وَيَرِثُ الْإِخْوَةُ مِنَ الْأُمِّ فِيهِ [١]؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
