حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ
أَنَّ أَبَاهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ وَيَقْضِي: بِأَنَّ الْوُرَّاثَ أَجْمَعِينَ يَرِثُونَ مِنَ الْعَقْلِ مِثْلَ الْمِيرَاثِ
