حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَمَّادٍ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْتُلُ الرَّجُلَ فَتَعْفُو الْمَرْأَةُ، قَالَا: مَنْ عَفَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ أَوِ امْرَأَةٍ؛ فَإِنَّهُ يُدْرَأُ عَنْهُ الْقَتْلُ [١]
